Some people think when they go to a restaurant what they are eating can NOT be recreated. At least that's what I think. If you know me well enough, you know that I am NOT the cook in the house!! Mi Cocina away from home". I thought I was calling this place the wrong name for the longest time but I figured it out... I'm not! Anyways, I fell in love with these nachos called "Cancun Nachos" a delightful and yet Perfect dish. I had been raving about this place since we last were there to some of my friends and family and this past weekend we took two of them there. Here is the picture of the nachos at the place!
So Cara said "We can make this" and so we had a bright idea to try and see if we could accomplish that goal. Today we recreated the nachos and here is our creation...
I think we have accomplished the recreation of the perfection! We call ours "Cha Cha Nachos" since it's from the restaurant
Cha Cha's who came up with the idea in the first place!! Thank You Mr. Cha Cha! It's truly a Delicious dish.
